Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ROC SEO Chrome extension, the website getrocseo.com and any paid plan ("the Service"), provided by ROC SEO, Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
ROC SEO audits web pages, crawls websites and checks whether AI assistant answers cite a website. Results are produced automatically from public web pages and are guidance, not guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue.
2. Acceptable use
- Crawl only websites you own or are allowed to check, and keep crawl speeds reasonable.
- Do not use the Service to attack, overload or scrape websites against their terms, or to break the terms of AI assistants.
- Do not resell, copy or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law allows.
3. Accounts and paid plans
Free features need no account. Paid plans, when available, are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Free trials
Paid plans may include a 15-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and is charged.

6. Your data
You own your data. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Websites and AI assistants change often, and some checks may stop working until we update them. We may add, change or remove features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
