If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment (or of your first payment after a free trial) and you will get your money back in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly and yearly renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the plan was not used after renewing. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Email support@getrocseo.com from the address you signed up with, or reply to your receipt. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or from the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not delete your data unless you ask us to.
